I will not rush through an Inspection and will never write a report on site.
The quickie Inspections and on-site reports are only a convenience for the Inspector and Realtor. In my opinion, they do nothing for the buyer, creates a greater risk for error, and takes away valuable time from you, the buyer. Every Buyer wants and expects a thorough Inspection, by a competent Inspector. Unfortunately, many cannot or will not deliver. First time Buyers realize this after it’s too late and about the time the Inspector is driving off with the money and they're left holding a little 6 page check off list called a "report". “What? Is that it? “ In my Opinion, that is a Rip Off, not an Inspection!

You're invited to walk with me through the inspection and learn how your house works. I will show you how certain systems operate and if some are not working properly or appear they won't be working in the near future, you will know. You will learn what to watch for to avoid potential problems, and how to maintain your property in order to protect your family and maximize your investment. For the price of a real Inspection, you get a seminar thrown in, also!

I will take notes and many pictures in order to compile the information to produce a top of the line, narrative report. It takes me a minimum 6 hours to perform an Inspection and write the report. Depending on the size, age and condition of your residence I can easily spend 8 hours or more. The report is normally sent within 24 hours.

I love finding problems which leads to savings for you and sometimes even Life savings! There is nothing more satisfying than to discover a potential fire hazard, such as faulty wiring, after crawling through a hot and filthy attic and/or dragging my way through an 18" crawlspace and discovering a leaking water pipe, sewer pipe, or large crack in the foundation wall.
